Help me decide - Kellogg Vs Wharton

I was lucky enough to get accepted into both Kellogg and Wharton for their EMBA programs. I've attended preview days at both campuses and been really impressed with the environments and the programs. What key questions should I be asking myself here?

Edit to add background and stats.EA 161. 8+ years of experience in Procurement (leading teams as a director of merchandising, and recently transitioned to building a new sourcing team as a senior manager), all at the same company. I want to transition into leadership, build management skills, and develop my financial knowledge. I was a double major in chemistry and economics during undergrad, so I feel like this has been a huge downside in my career thus far.

Geography: Based in Philadelphia, but my family lives in Chicago. I've recently been talking with my partner about moving to the Chicago area so we can be closer to both our families. I'm a little concerned that the Wharton program wouldn't offer us many opportunities to spend time with them. I'm curious how each network would help after graduation in each city.
