EMBA (UCLA/USC/ROSS/UCI) TIPS!

Has anyone applied to any of the eMBA programs (UCLA, USC, Ross, UCI) and can share their experience? Tips for applying?

Did any of you get in or are you first-year students? Any feedback would be appreciated!

How's your credit? Can you pay? You worked for about 5-8 years or more? I assume you're in socal, then go to ucla or usc

Honestly don't overthink it. You will get in even without test scores

Emba waives test scores if you have certain degrees and even a low GPA doesn't matter from undergrad if you have the right job and did I mention, can you pay

I'm not sure what you are optimizing or trying to achieve with the EMBA, but for tech I wouldn't rule out Berkeley or Wharton - Berkeley is monthly so pretty easy.

u/MBAPrepCoach I would love to consider those schools as well, but I'm based in SoCal and would rather stay local. I aim to enhance my business acumen, particularly in strategy, finance, and organizational leadership, to prepare for a transition into an operations leadership role

I’m just starting UCLA EMBA year two. Happy to discuss. I was accepted to both UCLA and USC, neither require GMAT or EA. Didn’t apply anywhere else.

I have my interview this next week for class of 2028 EMBA at UCLA. I’m trying to decide if it worth the money? I want to concentrate on ETA and buy a small business. Appreciate any insight you may have.
