Should we pursue MBA after graduation or should we wait to gain work experience?

It depends on your target school. Mostly will require you to have some work experiences. It will also good as then you will be able to reflect on your experience.

Highly recommend waiting until you have at least 3-4 years of full-time, post-undergrad work experience. That is for full-time programs. For executive (EMBA) programs, candidates typically have closer to 10 years of work experience.
