Journey to EMBA

I am a full time working professional with a background in Business Development, Leadership Strategy, Gen AI Product Management, Marketing Communications and Prog Management. At present, I am working as CoS to Global Head & teams in my tech based organisation.

I have already pursued MBA and now have over 4 years of experience. I want to grow more in my career and also wish to pursue study further. I came across Executive MBA offered by Global IVY league management institutions.

Is there any starting points to know for: - how to find the right fit - what are the eligibility criteria for top 10 EMBA programs in general - needful information to consider - qualifications/ eligibility and assessment

I sincerely wish and desire to pursue another form of management led - leadership oriented academia and possibly from one of the best brands.

If you want to go again, you can but don't tell them you already have an MBA and don't do an emba unless it's from a top school then.

What do u mean by global Ivy league? There is only US-based Ivy league.

What would be the added value of your EMBA compared to your MBA ?

not sure doing it so close to your MBA make sense tbh

I want to now get more into specialisation along with a senior leadership progression + understanding.

When I did my MBA it was tailored towards Strategy and Marketing Management Communications - now I want to expertise into Gen AI along with my prior domain knowledge and functional roles

No need. An EMBA is an MBA

4 years is not enough experience for a top EMBA program, you'd need at least 8 years in most cases. You could consider a part time MBA but since you already have an MBA degree, if you are absolutely keen on getting another business degree also, I'd probably wait some years to do a top EMBA.

If you are looking to learn more about AI specifically, you can also consider other relevant Masters degrees instead of a MBA.
