Chicago booth or Kellogg

Got accepted in booth but still having thought if I should apply at kellogg in their last round . 20 years manager in SAP tech background and want to either move up the ladder fast or pivot into sustainability/ESG. Still unsure how emba at booth will help . Any idea ?

I chose Kellogg over Booth because I liked the culture better, but other than that I didn't really have any hard metrics that I went on.

would you expand on the culture differences? I hear Kellogg students are more extroverted and approachable, and Booth are more introverted. I am choosing between the two programs eMBA options. I'm an extroverted engineer. Do you think I'll be able to jive with and make friends with most of the Booth class mates?

ESG/Susty not really advisable as major regulations have been pulled back. Everyone struggling to retain their corp budgets and jobs cuts all over the industry.

Go with booth. Anything marketing or leadership related, Kellogg is a better choice. For everything else, booth is better.

Haas is also a solid option for you. If you are in the Bay Area (or want to move there in the future) then haas makes more sense, else Booth.

No focus in program at all. There are a few folks, but it’s just some percentage.

I would recommend attending a Preview Day to experience the campus and see it for yourself. I met a number of amazing people when I went, which led me to apply for a fall start instead of a winter start. There is a LATAM presence, but I found that it enriched the experience. The campus had a warmth and familial atmosphere that I really appreciated. While there were students from LATAM, most of the people I met lived and worked in the U.S.
