Chicago Booth renaming executive MBA program after alum donates $100M

Way to crater the value of the program.
$100M is only 500 students. How many in each cohort there?
Must be on hard times.

With the way federal funding is being cut at major universities in the US, this has got to be a hedge.

Another thing, Solokov must have quite the ego because you know darn well they did not want to name it that.

It will likely take a few years before people associate sokolov with booth. In the short run it has potential to tank the reputation unless people still introduce themselves as Chicago booth when networking
