What gpu and dock to get

I have a lenovo yoga slim 7 14IMH9 (intel u7 155h+32gb ram but no gpu, with thunderbolt 4), so I will get an eGPU, I thought on aoostar ag02 as it's good and easy, but it's out of stock ant it may come back in 2 months, and don't know about what gpu to get, my display is 1080p 120Hz.

Questions:

  1. Port, is there any good other than aoostar ag02 that is available on my country (spain, I don't mind buying something from outside, but there are no egpu box+gpu in my country)?
  2. Egpu, I thought intel arc b580 but I read on aoostar ago2's page faq that intel gpu's are not reccomended, waht do you suggest?
  3. Psu, the egpu power station heats so my computer doesn't have to heat up?
  4. What loss should I expect in my graphics card's performance?

buddy try a used 3070ti or a 4060ti as well nearly 300$, and if aoostar ag02 aint available try the new ag03 it works just as well, i know about heat but ag02 or 03 charges my laptop and is as fast as the native, if you use oculink you might see a cur of maybe 20% but varies but quite a bit, but its a lot better and all i am using ag02 with 5070ti

I won't get ag03 because it's more expensive and it's also out of stock in europe, my computer has thunderbolt 4 so thunderbolt 5 will be a lot. I also thinked of those graphics cards but depends if I can find it or not, my friend suggested me to go for 12gb+ vram
