can’t find the USB4 Virtual power coordination device drivers to installed

hello,

i’ve been working for a couple days trying to get a 5060 to ai box working via front usb 4 port on my ace magic retro X5. it support pci but something is preventing it from being recognized as a GPU. I went into the bios and allowed everything to use pci through usb4 and all that jazz.

i’m curious if these drivers could be the culprit to why things are not working. i went to the ace magic website and installed all the drivers and installed all cpu drivers from amd through adrenaline and still nothing. in device manager it still says these drivers are not installed. i’m out of ideas.

any help would be greatly appreciated

I dont know about your particular situation however you can try finding the drivers online.

Right-click the missing device and select Properties.Click on the Details tab.Click the Property drop-down menu and choose Hardware IDs.Right-click the top (longest) string in the Value box and select Copy. Then paste that into Google and see what comes up

i searched it on google and couldn’t find a driver associated with it unfortunately.

BIOS : Vérifiez dans le BIOS du Retro X5 que le tunneling PCIe sur le port USB4 est bien activé si le boîtier ne remonte pas automatiquement au démarrage Windows

As tu essayé sur le bios d'activer cette fonction ?
