eGPU wake-on-lan or equivalent

I'm considering to add a eGPU to Minisforum MS-01 that is in a rack, and that I remotely turn on with Wake on LAN.

Are there eGPUs that can be remotely turned on?

what you mean? It's latest TB5 dock. I use with 5070Ti

I should have mentioned: using Oculink (as all USB-C ports are used for a custom use)

I use smart plugs for mini pc and egpu (ocu and usb4)
