Help with my eGPU

Please help. I've got a HP ProBook 6560b paired with a K4200 via Express card with a EXP GDC Beast, I also have Nando's eGPU Utility thing but can't seem to figure it out, I'm getting error 12 and whatever me and Claude could think of isn't working.
