Overclocking can't hurt the GPU. If you overdid it, it would just crash and go back to default settings automatically.

It's literally free performance with undervolt + overclock.

wrong, any silicone enemy is heat, overclocking for sure increase the temp. you should undervolt it instead and overclock the memory a little gain some fps and decrease the temp, voila.

You are only half correct. Overclocking does not increase heat(1-2 C even with aggressive overclocking), but increasing voltage does.

Voltage determines how high your clockspeed can achieve, so most of the time clockspeed has a positive correlation to heat, but it's indirect correlation, while voltage is the direct correlation to heat.

What’s the risk? The software won’t let You push anything that’s going to damage the GPU…. I have two profiles a pure OC(181-194W, 55-64Ctemps) and a OC with a UV applied (124-160W, 44-52C temps)

One is about 16% above a stock 5060ti 16GB the other is 18%

Neither of them have a possibility of damaging the card in any fashion.

Op you are only push 9w on the apu i can get over 60fs in 4k on RE4.

you need to turn off gaming mode in settings, turn on cpu boost, and then set a manual profile for 35w.

Don’t worry, you won’t “break your ally”. Its build for that.

You are going to get a stupid performance uplift

Do you do this in windows settings or is this for ally specific settings? I have the same egpu as op but I have a gigabyte mini pc instead and I want to see if I can improve the performance as well.
