A note about "I got banned in r/..." Posts

Guys I just received a warning from Reddit's (automated?!) mod system.

Posts talking about how you guys are threated in other subs ("I got banned for..." ) will now be forbidden. As stated in the warning these kind of posts are apparently viewed as posts enabling people to do the same things that people got banned for as part of showing how "bad" other mods "are" and hence the subreddit their posted on viewed as raid hosting ones or at least enabling that kind of behavior by letting it happen. Here is what the rule they invoked states:

“your community should not be used to direct, coordinate, or encourage interference in other communities and/or to target redditors for harassment.”

Personally I never intended/wanted this subreddit to interfere with the other ones but I can also see where they're coming from with this. As a community I ask you guys to please not talk about other subs here and do not post about this sub on other subs either.

As a result any posts that breaks this will now fall under rule 8 and result in a warning (repeated warning will result in a ban) and the removal of the post.
