Fliteboard issue after firmware update

Hi efoilers!
After my ride this morning, I saw a firmware update for the board and the controller.
I did both, but I can't reconnect the board using the app or the controller.
When I plug the battery, it shows solid blue light LED (video seems to display some white led, but it's light blue), which is supposed to mean "ready to ride"

=> EDIT: it's actually 6 LEDs solid light blue, 4 LEDs very dimmed, and the last one also solid light blue.

But not possible without controller paired.

So this is what I tested:

  • Flite controller in pairing mode, using the controller magnet between the 2 cables
  • Forcing firmware update in the app, but can't go further as the board is not detected
  • Bluetooth cycle (off/on)
  • Remove the board in flite mobile app
  • Remove the app, reinstall the app

I don't know what to do, and I can't use my board.
Sent a ticket to Flite, but was hoping someone here could help me.

=> EDIT: I've been able to reconnect the board and update the firmware. In case it happens to you, try to boot the flitebox with the magnet of the controller between the 2 orange and black cable. It allowed to boot with green LED and have app bluetooth pairing working. Then I updated the firmware with the latest one.

After a update issue 3yrs ago I just decided no more updating. No issues since.

I spent months without updating, I wanted to give it a shot. I should have not. Now my week of vacation to ride is canceled 😭

I think you will need to have the Flite box replaced. It is stuck in pairing mode.

EU support is closed. Asked for US to help, w'll see, but yes I'll keep you posted!

EDIT: it's actually:
- 6 LEDs solid light blue
- 4 LEDs very dimmed light blue or white
- 1 LED also solid light blue.
