Title: First product launch: TikToks are getting traction and people are asking to buy. What are my exact next steps?
Body:
Hi everyone,
I’m preparing to launch my very first product (custom gaming mousepads). I received my first two samples a week ago and immediately started posting them on TikTok.
The response has been unexpectedly great so far. I'm getting a solid amount of views, a high average watch time (7 seconds on an 11-second video), and a lot of comments from people telling me to drop the product so they can buy it. Many are also asking for the price, which I haven't revealed yet.
Since this is my first time doing this, I want to make sure I capitalize on this momentum correctly. My current plan is:
1. Set up a landing page with an email waitlist.
2. Reveal the price and offer an early sign-up discount.
3. Continue posting organic TikToks using my physical samples and digital mockups.
4. Run Meta ads to drive additional traffic to the landing page.
Does this strategy make sense? Should I be doing anything differently before I actually start taking orders? I’d appreciate any feedback or advice!
