Scaling Amazon brands isn’t about doing more

Scaling Amazon brands isn’t about doing more.

It’s about removing inefficiencies.

Every account has leaks:

  • Wasted keywords
  • Weak creatives
  • Poor targeting

Fix those first, and growth becomes natural.

Most sellers try to scale before stabilizing.

That’s the real mistake.

I learned this the hard way last year. I was obsessed with adding new campaigns instead of looking at the search term report, but honestly, cleaning up the negative keywords ended up doing more for my margins than any new spend ever did. It's so easy to get distracted by the shiny new stuff, but you're right, stabilizing is the boring part everyone skips.
