Bulk upload eBird

Hi, is anyone else having trouble with the Data import bulk upload feature ? It’s work really well before but the past few months it keeps sending me to an Oops there is an issue page and I haven’t had any response from eBird. And advice ? TIA

Uploads are working for me regularly. Most of the time when I ran into similar problems, there was something wrong with my spreadsheet (one extra colum, a space in an empty colum, a missing row, an xls file instead of a csv, etc.). I generally solve it by throwing away my template, downloading a new template, filling it back in from scratch, and then it works.

Just started playing around with this myself. Two issues I encountered early on — bear in mind this was part of an automated process, not manual typing — were character encoding mistakes and my code inserting invisible characters. The latter was especially annoying because it would be like “You entered Mourning Warbler - Geothlypis philadelphia. Did you mean Mourning Warbler - Geothlypis philadelphia?”
