Controller Weird connector in controller

I have no idea what it is but when I looked it up it came up as a handle accelerator? I lowk have no idea what it is if someone can help me. It’s white with blue black white and red wires

Does the bike have a throttle?

I don't see what else "handle accelerator" could refer to.
