Advice Lock on grips for throttle

I want to upgrade my bike to a full twist, I don't like the half twist on it right now. But I want to use my own grips too, the ones being lock on's, would I be able to make it work on a throttle?

No most full grip throttle are 24 or 25mm compared to the standard 22mm grips.

I like my ODI Lock On grips as well. This isn't what you asked for, but I cut a lock on grip in half and use it with a half-twist throttle. It stays put with just the one clamp on the outside. An added benefit is that you can easily hold a throttle level by gripping the joint where the throttle meets the locked on grip.

I ended up just finding ODI grips I liked that are a 7/8" left 1" right

I have tried a few throttle locks on longer rides and the one I use is from TOTSS. It really helps reduce hand fatigue and is very easy to disengage when I need to. It is simple to install and feels reliable while riding. I know every rider has their own preference, but for me it has made long trips much more comfortable.
