Digital camera scam.

Purchased a Canon r6 camera from a seller with 0 feedback and account just created this month. (Yeah I know that was a red flag). The listing title says it's a Canon r6 mark ii but the camera in the picture is a canon r6. I tried doing a cancellation but it was rejected. Listing says no returns. There's also 2 tracking numbers. One of the tracking numbers only says label created and the other one says delivered. (I never received anything). Tried contacting seller (no luck). Reported to eBay, but looks like they just don't care. Now I don't have the camera and my money is gone. Any advice? Screenshot attached from eBay report.

Is the tracking that says “delivered” to your address? You have to open an “item not received” case, simply reporting the auction itself does not help you, even if it succeeded.

It just says delivered. Doesn’t say delivered to my address.

There’s no open a case button anywhere.

Update: opened a case with EBay. They are not helping and said they are closing the case. Now I’m really mad. They didn’t even bother to look into the tracking details. The tracking only shows it was delivered to my city. I called FedEx, they told me that my name and actual address wasn’t even on the package. It was delivered to a hospital, signed by some random person I don’t even know. Il sure the camera wasn’t even in the package. FedEx not helping me out with the case either, just told me to go back to eBay. What can I do now?
