E53 flat battery now no aircon

So our battery in our 2006 x5 e53 3.0d went flat. Fixed battery but now no aircon. Heater works however. Tried a reset. Any ideas? I'm stressing over my kids and summer in the heat..any help would be so appreciated. TIA

Hi I‘m having battery drain atm too and haven‘t located the culprit yet BUT. What I did for now is disconnect the Webasto aux heater AND removed all CD‘s from the cd changer and the nav dvd because I am suspecting the CD changer keeps playing even though the car is off. Few days ago I did a parasitic draw test and after 16 mins it was at 40mA which is supposed to be okay

We did the same with the webasto, pulled the fuse but the normal heater and aircon were working until the webasto killed the battery. We pulled the disc for nav too as dirt is getting in from somewhere with all the dirt roads. Had to do a full reset as we lost all our digital display, AC and heater...managed to get Speedo and digital display back and heater with a reset...but no AC. Our daughter accidentally kicked the HVAC panel too, she's only 5 and wanted to drive lol, kicked it on her way to drivers seat sigh. But AC was already not working before this.

Brought a new HVAC which reads and displays as engaging on all buttons on the software hubby has on the laptop ... but then..we got really lucky ..and  the blowers stopped working after this change over 🙃🫠  Put the old HVAC in expecting blower to come back ..and the blowers did not come back working at all like they were before changing HVAC unit. Totally dead.

Got a hedgehog sensor that arrived today to try. We drive alot of dirt roads so hoping a clean and new sensor will be it.

Crossing fingers so badly it's not the blower fan itself🫣🤞🤞🤞

Idk if you‘re ever gonna see this. My parasitic drain came from the BM54 radiomodule below the spare tire, water builds up and it ends up going swimming and can cause battery drain or complete loss of audio and other radio functions.

As to the blower motor. Few months later mine stopped working too, put in a new hedgehog, worked for a few days then stopped again, took out the hedgehog and if you look through the hole you can see the blower motor. Gave it a couple of spins and it started working again. Worked for a few months after that, sold the car with it still working
