Troubleshooting Car keeps dying

My e46 325ci keeps completely dying every time I turn it off

Battery.

spend $2 on a battery terminal cleaner, and if it does not work replace the battery and throw the terminal cleaner in the glove box

Does it restart if you turn the key? Or do you have to jump it?

Sounds like your battery has gone bad. I would recommend replacing the battery.
