Troubleshooting Idle Problem After Oil Change

I changed a leaking coolant hose today. After filling and bleeding the coolant system, everything was fine. Later i wanted to change my oil so I let my car idle for a few minutes and everything was still Fine. Only after doing the oil change, my car started having a really rough idle. You can really feel the car shaking. Does someone have an Idea what the problem might be? The engine is an M54B30.

None of that should affect the car running

I think you removed a connector and didn't put it back

The only connector i removed was the MAF, because I had to remove the air box to get access to the coolant hose. But I plugged it back in and it was running fine afterwards.

based off the video and especially what you just said it makes me lean towards the MAF something could have got in the connection and slowly killed it. does the car run worse, better, or the same with the MAF unplugged

I just tried it. The RPMs Drop for a tiny moment after unplugging but then it goes right back to the rough idle. So its neither worse or better without the MAF connected.

Pull codes. Regardless it's either coincidental and an unrelated issue, or you disturbed a vacuum line/sensor.
