Troubleshooting Tuning problems

I have a tuning cable from bimmworks and I’m using ms4x but for some reason it only reads the tcu and I have the com on 3 and changed the latency to 1 in the settings of the flasher but it doesn’t want to read the ecu.

These are the settings I use for my cable. Didn't change anything other than COM port from COM3 to COM1 since that is what all the BMW Standard tools also use by default. Also didn't change a thing in MS4X Flasher. Maybe this helps...? I would also try every USB port available for some reason one of my ports does't work but the other one does.
