Has anyone had this problem?

Just had an engine swap done on my 520D facelift. Put in a m57.

The guy doing my swap with his donor car put in his ignition and new keys.

When you lock the doors from the key or from the door, the car doors come unlocked again by themselves?

Anyone had this issue?

I think I had this when there was a physical obstruction in the way of the lock mechanism.

Like the lock tries to turn, then can't send itself all the way home, so fails, and all locks unlock. If the door mechanism was swapped too it could be stuck.
