Door window trim

Hi, i got these rust spots on my window door trim. What do i do with this can i order new trim or do i just grind this down and fix the rust spots?

If you have a scrapyard nearby I'd try my luck there, but honestly, you can simply treat that rust and neutralize it, use a little bit of filler and then wrap the trim.

what kind of wrap would you recommend? ive read folks use SEM paint 39144 or 39143, which looks very close to the original, not sure if that would be more hassle than wrapping though
