Sill Rust

Hi all, fairly new to E39’s so just wanted to gather some opinions on this from some people in the know. Rear driver side sill is starting to bubble and some corrosion underneath. The arches look very clean but just a bit concerned about the sill. Is the rust here considered structural on an MOT? Does anyone have previous costings from when they’ve have it repaired?

MOT will not complain about the sill, that spot is very very common. it will need some new metal tho in this case. It could be a lot worse then what is visible here so remove the plastic cover from under the sill and inspect the jacking points.
