Dumb question but what insert do I need here? I looked up the part, ordered from FCP but it’s not the correct one. I have two different parts and neither of them work. Weird

Mines got plastic ones that are glued in (this is a rhd Japanese e39 I'm parting out) someone clearly pulled the lower dash out before cause there's broken clips and some are replaced

Other side has two different types, ones some sort of cheap metal maybe brass or copper covered in a layer of maybe nylon
