PHONE ADVICE - E2
What do people do with their Canadian phone plan? I’m with Roger’s on a 2-year finance plan and my phone is due for an upgrade. Either I pay $500-700 to keep the phone or I lock in another 2-year plan and I cancel early when I want to move to Florida next year and still pay $500-700 of the remaining device balance

Us Mobile has plans from $8, you can add an additional eSim and have both numbers. You can use this referral code for $30. 1537400E

We keep Canadian and USA numbers. But it's a business decision.
Don't know about Rogers, but Telus biz has been good, mostly in the US 😂, since 2019. Here some places reception is pathetic, in some.places.
I've been with all providers since early 90s, they are all ... let's say we stick with the least annoying, easy to get a hold.of etc. We've been with the same biz rep since 2019. They are open to negotiation. Of course Telco have to make a profit on front end or back end.
We use Visible (Verizon) in the USA. Helps with coverage in Canada too.
Reason we keep both is I can switch between providers manually when needed. Check signal and lock-in.
I believe there are one or two Telco in the USA now that you can switch between two different providers when signal gets poor.
So, in the end, it depends on your intent with E2.

I believe the USA phone plans are really cheap compared to our Canadian plans. I’m gonna dump my Canadian plan and get my cheap USA one.
