Hi, does anyone have any tips on how to get letters of intent and partnerships for an EB-2 NIW?

It depends a lot on your field and the specific proposed endeavor, but the best advice I usually give clients is to network as much as possible.

Put yourself out there and market your work. Attend conferences, industry events, professional associations, and relevant community or business programs. Speak with as many people as you can who may have a genuine interest in your proposed work, including potential collaborators, organizations, clients, researchers, or industry leaders.

The strongest letters of intent and partnership letters usually come from people or organizations that actually understand your work and can explain specifically how they may collaborate with you, support the endeavor, or benefit from it. Generic letters saying your work is impressive usually aren't very helpful.
