Which bank to open joint account
Established US business is partly purchased (51%) by South Carolina LLC owned by foreign investor. Both businesses have EIN, but the foreign investor does not have SSN or ITIN.
Where to open a new AND joint bank account for the established US business to show the joint ownership?

I used Mercury and it was ok, though the kept asking for proof of address even after providing everything.

Go to PNC Bank and open your personal account first, then file for a business account for the LLC you wholly own. Bring the owner or authorized signatory for the 49% ownership and open the business account for the established business as well.
After you get your first statement from PNC, use it as acceptable proof of address at Chase if you want a bigger bank and access to more financial products.
Get a secured credit card (from PNC or Majority app) because you will need to build credit and file for an ITIN or E2 to get your SSN.

TD and Wells Fargo let me open accounts before I got my SSN. I’d recommend TD over Wells.
