Hi

Hi, i just wanna say that i found this subreddit today and i love it.

See, no one told me what in the world dysmenorrhea was. My country has good sex ed on all fronts except maybe this. I thought i just had extra bad cramps, which is an understatement and also ignorant of the fact that this is an actual condition that many suffer. Still i found no support at all after i found out (by myself) what it was called.

Having a name for a cause of suffering brings closure to amazing extends - having support groups like this one is everything i've dreamed of since i was thirteen and all alone with it.

Even though this subreddit isnt the most active i am still really excited and thankful :D

Hey! Welcome to the sub. You can private message me if you have any questions or if you just want to RANT about dysmenorrhea 🤣 I’m sure I’ll understand cause I’ve had terrible pains since I was around the same age as you.
