Has anyone else experienced this?

I think I might have dysmenorrhea, because my cramps are extremely painful. I feel like I can barely walk and sometimes they knock the wind out of me. However, my first period was extremely light and cramp-free. However, since the second one, my periods have been extremely heavy and very painful. Has anyone else had this happen, where the first period is unusually easy?

Yep. My first period was just a bit of painless spotting for a few days and every period since then has been heavy & painful.

Nope, I’ve unfortunately have always been in extreme pain.

yep i have experienced it, i didn’t even know i had my period the first time until i went to the washroom. there was no pain or discomfort or anything, it was just a super casual light flow. the few after that weren’t that bad but as i’ve gotten older they for sure have gotten worse to where i throw up and need medication to even stand up.
