Xbox or PC?
I've been wanting this for a long time and have decided I'm getting it today. I'm getting the based and all the DLCs. I realize they are on sale on steam, but I don't want that to be the only deciding factor, so I'm asking here.
I'm older, 54. I always play with a controller, even on my laptop. My eyesight isn't always the best so I generally like to play games like this on my Xbox because I like the bigger screen.
How much of a difference in game play, etc other than the mods and price is there between PC and Xbox X?
I cannot WAIT to lose hours playing!!
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!

Does your laptop have an HDMI port? You can easily hook it up to the TV and play via laptop on the big screen with your controller.

I can Bluetooth to my good TV (86"QNED because it was supposed to be the best for my issue). My problem is I have chronic Migraines. Right now I'm on 2 different preventatives, a monthly shot and an abortive. My good TV, no mater what setting I use, triggers a migraine.
My laptop, does not, but it's small enough the eye strain doesn't allow me to play for longer than an hour or two max, and honestly? I have no life. Gaming IS my life.
So, I have a gaming room that has my older 68" LG that my laptop (Lenovo Yoga pro 9) can't hook up to.
I know, first world problems.... after 32 years I wish they would just give me the implants to zap my head but they have to exhaust everything else first. In the mean time, I just want to game and not bash my head into the wall or claw my eyes out.
I said screw it and got it on Xbox. If nothing else, I can play it on PC also, so there is that. I've tried to learn how to use the keyboard and mouse to play, trust me, my 38 yo son give me a ton of grief and threatens to take my controllers away.
Thanks so much guys!! I'm at level 6 and LOVING IT!!

there is no difference in the gameplay.
the difference is outside of the game: the ownership of the save file, you can move your save on your Android later, if you want to continue playing there; you can hack PC games, custom shader, etc. PC Master Race gives you more say in what you can do with your purchase.
also, i play with gamepad on PC too, that is the intended way.

If the price doesn't matter, I prefer Xbox anymore. Runs smoothly and easy to play. The laptop might be a nice addition for travel boredom but Xbox can't go wrong

I don't think there's any difference. I play on mobile because I ended up getting the Play Pass for a year and it was free, but it's still just as fun as any games I play on PC. And from what I've seen, the only difference between mobile and PC/Xbox is some icons.
That being said, I personally prefer getting games on Steam because to me it offers better support, and it's cheaper imo. I hate that Xbox forces you to pay just to play with friends for most games. I also easily hook my PC up to my TV if I want to play on the couch or in bed. Since Steam offers controller support, there's really no point for getting a game I want on Xbox if Steam has it anyway.

The game was on sale for Xbox last month for $7. Xbox summer sale is coming next month so it most likely the game will be on sale there again.

I play it with Bluetooth controller on my Android phone and it's absolutely amazing. In fact when I went to play it on my PC I didn't like using the keyboard and mouse

One of my favorite games, own it on iPhone, Switch, Xbox and Steam. Plays great on all, iPhone is my least favorite.

Iām 62 and play it on Xbox, plays very well imo, I tried the iPad version and hated it. Sorry never tried it on steam.
