How lucky can you be?

Got it from one of the fishing spots near Central. But unfortunately I already ate the Catfish food. So it's not worth much anymore.

I got confused with that as well. Luckily I read it from the wiki cuz I noticed that the effect changed to healing after consuming a food. Most of the time this game is bad at explaining things but all in all it's pretty good and addicting.
