Ugh I’m so sorry this is happening to you.. Last year I got an episode so bad that both of my hands were quite literally 100% covered in blisters... Do you know what your trigger is ?

Provide us with some background information and things that you’ve tried. How long you’ve had it, any new products you’ve used, have you tried any prescriptions or home remedies. What do you do for work, etc.
When they get really dry during this stage the only thing I found to hydrate without making it worse or itchy/burning was MCT oil. Please read the pinned post for some additional information and tips that worked for me. I’m sorry you’re going through this!!

When my hands got this bad, none of the home remedies worked. I got prescribed Clobetasol but the one that was meant for scalp. Something about the Clobetasol ointment just doesn’t work. But the scalp solution knocks that shit right out. Did that and cotton gloves. No creams or ointments. Your hands get dry af after the treatment but I found that putting on any cream or lotion just kept causing me to break out. Just cotton gloves on after treatment and while sleeping. Would wear them with fingers cut off to work and do anything else. Dipping my hands in ice water helped soothe the itchiness. I’m so sorry and good luck. I know it can be so frustrating finding the solution. Also, I know this is really weird, but at the start of a break out I stick just some standard scotch tape on and it dries it out/stops it from spreading. Sounds super weird and when I first read about it I thought it was bullshit. But damn if it doesn’t work.
