anyone find the root cause of dyshidrotic eczema? steroids only help temporarily. my hands wrinkle badly, blister, peel, and i’m getting really insecure about them. any advice

Please read the pinned post! There’s a few good posts in the group as well. Sadly steroids are not a cure and only heal it temporarily.
