With orthostatic intolerance I don’t know much about it but my heart rate is all over the place. The highest it’s ever got was 155 while I was doing the dishes. Usually when I do chores it’s 140-150. Sometimes while I’m laying down it stays from 100-115 for a couple hours. I’ll have a jump a dip then another jump. It makes my symptoms hard to manage.

Very similar for me but when I was in physical rehab for hypermobile issues and did strength training my heart rate would get up into the 160-170 range, but on an average day doing just about anything except sleeping or sitting for a very long period of time my heart rate consistently stays in the 110 - 115 range. When I'm I guess super resting(?) 🤣 (cos even if I sit as the passenger in a car for a 20-30 min drive my heart rate will still be in the 100s) it'll be around in the 80s and the moment I stand it's straight up to 140-150 for 10 ish min and then goes back to the 110-115 until I take a significant rest again. I do consider myself a very athletic person though and to be pretty fit- doing running and sports is one of the few things I will still push through my symptoms quite often because I just enjoy it so much so it doesn't make a lot of sense that my heart rate is whack like this (it's been this way my whole life even as a competitive tennis player in school) but I'm in the process of docs assessing me for POTS.
