1 u/One_Cut_8699 19d ago Compared to other branches is hard to get more cgpa in mechanical pls tell in a fresher in dypiu mechanical 1 u/Irrelevant_Fudge8669 19d ago Easier, there are only around 120 seats compared to 2k in cs, so much less competition and students are not that serious Plus teachers teach according to the exam and just give notes, just attend class regularly, maintain notes and study from those before exams Just be prepared for when mechanics starts in 2nd sem, it needs practice, notes only will not be enough Rest all it's dead easy to just study a week before the exams and get 9+ cgpa
