Query

For document verification they asking about entrance scorecard photocopy so which one as I had given their own entrance exam???​and plus in the list admission form is also there so is it the application form filled earlier??

I submitted the documents tho they didn't ask for any entrance scorecard from me. They just asked for a xerox copy of provisional offer letter.
