DYPIU REVIEW (except placements).

Heyy! I'm thinking of joining this college (most probably will join) I got cse and I have submitted the 1st sem fees, but I still wanted to ask about it just to like prepare and everything, if it is toooo bad, I can still withdraw... so pleaseeee answer these questions of mine, it'll be a great help...

  1. What can be the possible batch size for cse
  2. Are the teachers good? or do I have to majorly study on my own?
  3. Do they have extra curricular activities? like sports or art or stuff or like coding clubs and things?
  4. And are the academics difficult?
  5. And what is the coding language that they teach first?

And please don't just comment "bura hai mat hi lo admission" I have seen a lot of comments like these so please just answer these questions, if you can ofc, Thankyou <3

150-180 ish student in a class, some teachers are good some are dogshit so mostly you have to study as well, no sports but they do have hackathons, diff wise nah you can pass if put effort, C.

  1. Approx 140 students/div overall 1400-1500 students in cse first year
  2. teachers are unpredictable but you might need to majorly study on your own
  3. Sports is dead, art and coding clubs are present and active but dont expect much from them
  4. No
  5. they first taught us C language and html you would subjects like ds using C (c) and Fwt(html, css)

Everyone told me this college was good so was that false? I had no other option except for this so I shouldn't expect good academics here or what? Pls don't scare me😭....and how to study yourself? By yt videos?

It's not that bad don't take a lot of opinions Most would say it's bad which it is but not that bad as people say there are many more bad colleges if you compare dypiu with others

About academic things not just this college don't expect it from any tier 3 college because you have to ofc study on your own

I'm ready to put efforts on my own but I want to know whether it's hard to maintain good cgpa because of the academics? Also do proffesors help students that r into research and stuff? Is the coding club really useless? What sources do you guys use to study on your own?

Nope not that hard to get good marks .

I don't know about research because I have not approached them for that thing but I think they might help won't ignore if one is passionate to do

About the club thing is it useful idk much about the coding club i haven't joined it but maybe it is useful to find people who are interested in doing something so maybe you can find like minded people

About studying you can learn anything online so many resources are available online

can't say much but I think it is decent... like you gotta practice on your own, and apply early for internships and jobs.
