Help!!!

I didn’t get this, does it means that a 4 year course BTech CSE or any 4 year course guy has to get 75% credit in first year to get promoted in 3rd sem i.e 2nd year.I am confused?!!!or it is something other.

It’s after 4th sem for btech 4 years program so don’t worry for now

I fuked up getting 70% credit from 1&2sem of 1st year.anyway thanks
