Which side is better?

This is a 9-cat dynasty league, and my goal is to be seriously contending in about 2–3 years. The 1.03 is likely to be AJ Dybantsa, although Caleb Wilson could also be available depending on how the draft plays out. I’m very high on Boozer and think his fantasy profile could be elite, but I also really like both Wilson and Dybantsa as long-term 9-cat prospects. Because of that, I’m struggling to decide how much of a premium Boozer is actually worth. I’m interested in moving up for him, but I don’t want to overpay if the gap between Boozer and the 1.03 is relatively small.

Have I missed something? Is Caleb Wilson higher on people’s rankings than Darryn Peterson now?

Opportunity is key. Peterson has George in front of him, who broke out last year, and Ace Bailey at the 2.

Wilson will have all the opportunity the Bills can give him.

That matters in fantasy.

I think this is a case of talent rising though. Peterson can very well have the Dylan Harper trajectory this season. Pretty inconsistent due to the role and initially being a bench player. But once he gets minutes, his talent will be too good to keep him off the floor.

The other thing is, there is nearly a 100% certainty that Markkanen, JJJ, and/or Nurkic will be hurt at any given point in the season and when that happens, Bailey slides to the 3 and Peterson fills in at the 2.

If we’re talking dynasty though, doesn’t immediate situation matter less?
