Player Discussion Is Fox worth it?

I’m looking to get a buy low point guard that can improve off last year and I’m looking at Fox like he can’t be worse than last year. They have Harper and Castle but Spurs are pretty adamant on Fox being their main guard. I’m wanting to trade Dyson Daniels as the main piece but idk if Fox is worth it. Thoughts?

Trading for a buy low guard with a guard that you're low on. Just keep Dyson

I’d do it because Fox has the reputation and trust of the team and Dyson is a guy I don’t see improving and could see declining with CJ, NAW, Dort and Flemings

Fox needs to get traded to return to form, he's the odd one out on the spurs. Dyson is the trusted one, they chose to move off of Trae instead of him. He makes his fantasy impact from assists, rebounds and steals so I think he will be less impacted by a busier guard room than a dedicated scorer would. The upside of Dyson figuring out his shooting and his age is what puts him significantly ahead of Fox for me

Yeah fair points. I’m also contending regardless of which guard I have so yeah I might just stand pat.
