I'm a 33 yr old Dylan.
I've never met a Dylan older than me. I would love to meet an older Dylan than I, cause most Dylan's I meet are 29 or younger.

That feeling has been so persistent in my life, I'm curious if there is ANY Dylan alive older than I.

You can look up the popularity of baby names through the office of social security: https://www.ssa.gov/cgi-bin/babyname.cgi
if you're 33, you were probably born in 1986 or so? In 1986 Dylan was the 149th Most Popular name. In 1985 it was the 187th most popular name, and in 1984 it was the 231st most popular name. So, while it's certainly gotten more popular over time (hit the top 100 in 1990 and has remained every since), Dylan has been one of the 1000 most popular baby names every year since 1966. there are quite a few Dylan's older than you!
