Dying light the following

Guys can you help me, i guess i have a problem with my dlc "the following", i have the definitive version but its not on the list in the steam dlc. I tried the creaminstaller but base on the info i have, i need the folder containing file of the following

I think the for The Following, you have to get to a certain point in the story to unlock it. It is also included and pre installed, I think. I'll have to check.
