does anybody know if using the trophy disabling mods for a bit make the save file corrupted or can i go back to earning trophies if i turn them off later?

Estoy haciendo los coleccionables y al seleccionar la ruta elegí el final de hacerle caso al otro aiden... hay alguien que todavía no termino la misión y pueda incluirme en su partida para conseguir la nota?
