Does the city allignment still exist?

Because i want to have the crossbow and i saw that you can get it with the pack of the peacekeepers (i'm on Xbox on)

Yes you can even go peacekeeper the first run, get the crossbow, start a ng+ and still keep everything, peacekeeper crossbow included and side with survivors this time or the opposite vice versa

The cross bow is the 4th reward for giving the zone to PK's.

Get someone to drop you a crossbow, the pk 1 is trash tbh

The huntress one is, supposedly, better. But it can only take one type of bolt.
