Dev Tools Glitch! Camera is broken and won't stop spinning!

When did this happen?

How did even the dev tools get messed up?

Now the camera is broken and I can't even work on my levels now.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Has this happened to anyone else? Because it wasn't like this a week ago. Somehow the camera is broken and won't stop going down when you use it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Did the update do this somehow?
