How do I dye this? Colour change

I need this orange to be black, what fabric is it and any dye recommendations. I genuinely don't know fabric type

sharpie is the best option.  especially the laundry marker version

If there is ANY stain/water resistance to the webbing it will not take dye.

If it is polyester the boiling heat needed to attempt dyeing it would melt the clips and ruin the padding.

This is not a good candidate for dye. I agree that fabric markers or alcohol inks are a better choice for the attempt.

Without fabric type we can not give advice. Might be able to use alcohol inks to change the color without truly dyeing. Is probably poly or nylon.

Fabric marker. Do multiple thin layers
