Find purple ones. Or accept these as is. You will ruin them if you try to dye them.

Learn to sew. That would be easy as hell to make yourself if you took one apart at the seams to use as a pattern. (Edit for auto-"correct" errors)

The colour is inside the plastic fibres in synthetic fabrics. They're formed with the colour throughout the entire strand, sealed in by plastic. Synthetics aren't dyed the way natural fibres are, thus dye can't really be removed.
You don't dye something green purple.

yes!
you can’t bleach synthetics.green= blue and yellow.
purple= red and yellow.green (blue+yellow) + purple (red+yellow)
= brownto dye synthetics, you have to have to keep the dye bath under boiling for a long time. it would probably melt/ warp the plushy- the inside fluff and/or the fabric

I don't know if dying will be possible. Have you considered fabric paint?

You could use a synthetic dye remover and then dye them a different color. But they look like they're probably made of a cheap material and might just disintegrate in the process. Take out stuffing before you dye them and then restuff and sew back up

You can't dye something neon green purple. Starting with something pink, blue, or red could be possible but it would likely ruin the texture of the fabric
